Build brand loyalty.

Deliver a series of activations at Auckland FC home games to build brand awareness and strengthen customer loyalty. Trusted to manage the campaign from concept through to completion on behalf of the client who is based remotely in Australia.

What we did

Efficient management, strong relationships.

Designed and fit out a fully mobile, branded food trailer experience built for high visibility and easy engagement. Served free fries to attendees of Auckland FC home games with the perfect pairing - Heinz Ketchup.

Coordinated directly with Auckland FC, the stadium's catering team, and key suppliers to manage all logistics from sourcing key assets and supplies through to staffing.

Tight execution during live activations to deliver fresh, hot chips and actively manage queues for good flow.

Positioned the trailer behind the goal post to maximise broadcast visibility.

The Outcome

Delivered the campaign on budget across all three games, with detailed post-event reporting used to refine and improve each activation in real time.

Achieved strong, sustained brand visibility both in-stadium and on broadcast with trailer placement behind the goal post ensuring the Heinz logo appeared clearly on screen every time play moves into the box.
