For the Auckland Home Show, one of the city’s largest home, building and lifestyle events, EENZ needed a dependable team to keep things running smoothly. With thousands of visitors moving through the Auckland Showgrounds across four days, the brief called for well-presented, switched-on staff from opening to close, supported by strong on-site leadership.
What we did
A consistent, well-led team from first doors to final close.
A flexible team of 14 ambassadors covering more than 30 shifts across the show:
Staff morning and afternoon shifts every day of the show, including the extended Friday late session
Provide a dedicated Team Leader on site each day to manage the team, handle changes and act as the key contact for EENZ
Support show operations and help deliver a positive, welcoming experience for every visitor
Keep the team briefed, punctual and well presented across every shift
Adapt quickly to the pace and peaks of a high-traffic public event
